Columbus Community Center

Mike chats with Chief Executive Officer Kristy Chambers and Autism Program Director Amy Wadsworth. Columbus was founded in 1968 by a group of parents looking for a community-based program for their children with disabilities. In the beginning, the center survived and thrived because parents provided financial support, facility maintenance, and program supervision. Today, Columbus is recognized locally and nationally as a well-established, innovative nonprofit agency. We work strategically with many stakeholders to support individuals with disabilities so they can make informed decisions and live with independence in the community.  www.ColumbusServes.org See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
