Does BYU need to open up the coaching pool?

Though it's not a policy, BYU has historically only hired coaches who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Should they look entertain the idea of hiring a coach who is not a member of the church? Mitch Harper and Matt Baiamonte share their thoughts.
