Brandon Doman joined DJ & PK to talk about the bowl matchups for BYU and Utah. Doman said BYU has a chance to set the tone for next season and show what they want to do on offense with Tanner Mangum at the helm in their game against Wyoming. When asked, Doman said that he does believe that Tanner Mangum is an NFL-caliber quarterback who has the physical tools and drive to make it happen if he’s given the opportunity.
With regards to the Utes facing Indiana in the Foster Farms Bowl, Doman said that there’s something going on with Indiana that could bode well for Utah to right the ship and pick up their ninth win of the season. He said it would be important to win the game after the Utes struggled down the stretch, losing three of four games in November.
