The reasons to boo Derek Fisher don’t add up........


If you believe he left because he was another African American player who didn’t want to be in Utah ala Derek Harper you have to believe a guy like Fish would use his daughter’s cancer as a pawn to get out of Salt Lake. You have to believe that he gave up 7 million dollars because he hated it here that much despite returning in heroic fashion to help this team and this city. You have to believe that eveyone in the NBA and I mean everybody, who says he’s a class act is a liar. You also have to believe he’s an Oscar award winning actor. You have to believe that he thought the dysfunctional Lakers at the time with Kobe close to a trade were a better bet to win a title since that’s what he plays for at this point of his career. You have to believe that he felt nothing for his teammates and coaches after putting so much on the line in last year’s playoffs that he would walk out on them after getting so close to a trip to the NBA Finals on a young and up and coming team. Boo if you want.....I’m not the judge or the jury here but Jazz fans are better than that, smarter than that and show more class than that. Show it on Thursday night at the game. Fish deserves your cheers not your boos. You pay the outragous prices to make a car dealer rich, not me. Just rememeber what Fish did for your beloved Jazz not long ago........
